Cupping Therapy

Randall uses the “dry cupping” method during his cupping treatment sessions. The term cupping is used to describe a technique where small glass cups are used as suction devices on the skin. There are different ways to create this suction. The most common method involves using heat. The therapist may apply rubbing alcohol to the bottom of the cup, light it and then apply the heated cup directly on the skin. As the air inside the cup cools, it creates a vacuum. This can cause your skin to rise and redden as your blood vessels expand.

Cupping helps loosen and relax muscles, encourages blood flow, releases toxins and relaxes the nervous system.
